十七日目：暖かい！アーミッシュの話、文集

先週の金曜日から、4度、7度、9度、そしてなんと今日は、14度。先週の水曜日はマイナス11度が最高気温だったのに信じられません。とっても暖かくなりました！この季節まだ、5
度以上になることはないんですが、、　アーミッシュの話は、、写真がないんで、私が、「目撃者」という映画があることを紹介しました。それから、ひとみちゃんは、文集提出に取り組んでいました。私たちも書きました。　こちらです。。。

We love Hitomi-chan so much!  She is very cheerful and fun to be around. Our kids (Hannah and Kent) always want to be with her. Hannah likes Hitomi-chan to do her nails. Hitomi-chan is like a professional nail designer. Kent has been learning a lot of origami art from her. His favorite is a ninja-star origami.

Hiroko appreciates that she helped to cook and play with kids! Hitomi-chan was amazed the size of the spiral-cut ham when we had a holiday-type dinner with two other hostfamilies.

Hitomi-chan was very happy to share her photos of her family, college and home with us. We found her house on Google Maps! Luckily she enjoys spending time with Hannah and Kent, which we appreciate. Hitomi has become like a part of our family and she has been a joy to know for this short time. The cold weather was very hard for her but she did many activities with us including outside fun.

Even though Hiroko is Japanese, we have been learning a lot about her hometown in Niigata prefecture. Since her visit is so precious to us, Hiroko is blogging her stay daily at http://nagai-zurnfamily.blogspot.com. We hope she can come to see us again!

そして子供達は、こんないい天気の中みんなでワイワイやっています！こんな姿をひとみしゃんも見ることができてよかったです。

夕食はラビオリとトマトソースです。夕食の後はいつもこんな感じで、二人は、ひとみちゃんの部屋を訪れます。
